Renters
If you are currently renting an instrument from Mobile Music of
New York and your account is in good standing then you may
receive repairs and adjustments for free. To obtain service bring
your instrument to our shop in Harriman. You will be contacted
by telephone when the instrument is ready to be picked up. Renters from the school districts that we regularly
service may also arrange to have their instrument picked up and
dropped off directly from their school. Damage due to negligence or
intentional abuse is NOT covered.
Private Owners
Customers who want repair for their privately owned instrument
may obtain service by bringing their instrument to our shop in Harriman.
You will be contacted by telephone with an estimate fee for the needed repairs.
You may choose whether or not you wish to have the repairs completed. A $30 minimum fee will be due
to ALL customers. You will be contacted by telephone when the
instrument is ready to be picked up.
This price list is for reference only. We will need to see the instrument to give a complete and accurate estimate.
